At Behold Burger, we try to excel in simplicity. Every part of our burger was hand selected to ensure a perfect experience. Inspired by the LA burger game with the backing of passionate people in the food industry, Behold is a burger that you haven't had before. Founded in 2023, our goal is to bring a different point of view to the LA smash burger scene.
Our Ingredients
We are committed to using only the best quality ingredients! Our buns are a one-of-a-kind hybrid between a potato bun and a brioche, bringing the softness of the brioche, but a slight chew of a potato. The meat that we use is 100% American Wagyu that has been carefully selected to ensure quality. All of our ingredients come in fresh, NEVER FROZEN!
